Each bottle contains 60 capsules. Each dose consists of 2 capsules. Take one dose per day. Each bottle provides a 30 day supply.

What if I miss a dose?

No problem! Just take your next dose at the appropriate time the following day. Do not double the dose.

How do I take Menopause Day?

Take two capsules in the morning. We suggest taking it with food, but it is not required.

How do I take Menopause Night?

Take two capsules before bed.  

Does this supplement contain any allergens?

Our products are free from common allergens such as gluten, dairy, and soy. However, always check the label for detailed ingredient information. You should always consult your doctor or healthcare provider before taking this or any other nutritional supplement.

What is the “scent tab” I received with my shipment?

These aren’t necessary, just a little way to add some sensory joy when you take your daily dose. Just pop the little tab into the bottle and discard the plastic pouch. Peppermint goes with the Night supplements and citrus goes with the Day supplements.

How long does it take to see results?

You can feel a difference on day one, with full results taking effect after 6-8 weeks.†

What's the difference between perimenopause, menopause and post menopause?

This life stage change can be broken up into three phases: perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause. Menopause itself only lasts a single day — the one that marks an entire year without a menstrual period. The transition time leading up to menopause, however, when a woman has symptoms related to changing hormone levels, is called perimenopause. Once a woman has “gone through” menopause, she is considered to be postmenopausal. 

I am on menopause hormone therapy. Can I take your supplements?

What are nighttime symptoms of perimenopause or menopause?

Night sweats, hot flashes, issues with relaxation and sleep quality are a few nighttime symptoms of menopause. We encourage you to talk to your healthcare provider about any symptoms you may experience.

What are daytime symptoms of perimenopause or menopause?

Hot flashes are perhaps the most well-known symptom, affecting around 80% of women, often starting during perimenopause. Brain fog, increased stress, memory issues and general fatigue are a few daytime symptoms of menopause. We encourage you to talk to your healthcare provider about any symptoms you may experience.
