Why MiM?

I co-founded MiM Menopause because I believe that every person should feel seen and heard and have a say in their care.

Dr. Pope watched far too many perimenopausal and menopausal patients leave her office empty-handed. No matter how uncomfortable their symptoms, the stigma and fear around HRT (hormone therapy) was greater, and many opted to “tough it out”.†

Unable to help her patients with even a supplement recommendation ("there just wasn't enough scientific evidence"), she knew she had to do more than the status quo.

As a supplement and CPG business veteran, Ashley Montgomery had a front-row seat to what Rachel had observed. It was clear that women’s needs were not being met and that this could be a true white space business opportunity. She decided to leave her day job, partner with Rachel, and create products that worked to make women’s lives better.

They assembled an expert team of women’s healthcare providers, scientists, and formulators. After rigorous scientific research and testing, created a powerful line of hormone-free, non-prescription proven to be safe and effective at supporting women in midlife. MiM's formulas were designed for versatility and can be taken alone, together, or even alongside menopause hormone therapy.
