Dr. Rachel Pope, MD, MPH, FACOG / Chief Medical Officer & Co-Founder of MiM

Rachel is a fellowship trained and board-certified reconstructive gynecologist and Division Chief of Female Sexual Health in the Urology Institute at one of the nation’s leading academic medical centers in Ohio. She is a North American Menopause Society (NAMS) Certified Menopause Practitioner and has a Fellow designation from the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH). As a practitioner she has a holistic sense of the issues that women face and have faced by the time that they enter perimenopause. Dr. Pope’s areas of research include sexual and reproductive health and barriers to women’s healthcare domestically and internationally. Dr. Pope's training in global women’s health informs her work not only as a physician but a social justice activist.

I co-founded MiM because I believe that every person should feel seen and heard and have a say in their care.
